1. Qualifications:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by PMDC/PMC.

Postgraduate Qualifications:

D.Sc, Ph.D, M.D, M.Phil, FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, or equivalent (as per specialty).

For some specialties, alternative qualifications are accepted if no candidates meet the primary requirements.

2. Experience:

Option 1:

3 years as Associate Professor (or equivalent) + total 8 years combined experience as Assistant/Associate Professor.

9 years as Assistant Professor + 5 research papers published in recognized medical journals.

3. Age Limit:

Male: 35–55 years (50 + 5 years relaxation).

Female: 35–58 years (50 + 8 years relaxation).

Transgender: Age determined as per CNIC.
4. Research Requirements:

Minimum 5 research papers (original articles) published in PMC/PMDC/Pubmed/Index Medicus-indexed journals.

Not Accepted: Review articles, case reports, conference papers, editorials.
